1. Shipping Coverage

Loomecart offers worldwide shipping. We are pleased to deliver products to customers in the UK and internationally, including Europe, North America, Asia, and more. However, shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and local regulations.

2. Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you of any delays.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping (UK): 2-5 business days
  • Standard Shipping (International): 7-14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (UK): 1-3 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (International): 3-7 business days
  • Next-Day Delivery (UK only): Available for orders placed before 12 PM

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing or weather conditions.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. International Shipping

Loomecart ships products internationally. Please note that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely by country, so please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Loomecart ships to P.O. Boxes within the UK, but shipping to APO/FPO addresses may be limited. Please contact us at admin@loomecart.com if you have specific inquiries about shipping to these types of addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Loomecart is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Ensure that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

For lost packages, we recommend waiting for at least 7 business days beyond the expected delivery date before contacting us. After this period, please email admin@loomecart.com with your order number and tracking information.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Due to restrictions by certain countries, we are unable to ship some products to specific regions. If your order is affected, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or refund your purchase.
